RENTAL CONDITIONS

The minimum stay is 3 nights during the months of July and August and in Easter. For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

To confirm your booking, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the booking date will be entitled to a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations done after this period. The rest of the booking fee will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival at the apartment.

On the check-in day, 300 € will be blocked on your credit card as a deposit for possible damages. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after the date of departure, once the house has been checked and found to be in perfect condition.

The cleaning fee corresponds to the service that is carried out after the departure of the client.

How do I pay for the booking?

By following the booking steps, you will be able to pay for your stay in three different ways: by bank transfer, Paypal or with your credit card.

At the time of booking, you will be charged 30% of the total amount, the rest will be charged 7 days before your arrival at the apartment.

Is there some kind of deposit?

Yes, a security deposit of 300 € is obligatory. This amount will be blocked from your credit card on the day you enter the apartment and will be refunded within 7 days after the date of departure, after checking the state of the house. This guarantee deposit is to cover possible damages incurred in the apartment or to replace clothes or utensils that are missing at the time of departure.

What are the arrival and departure times?

The check-in time is from 3 pm to 7 pm. If you think you will arrive outside these hours, please contact us and we will adapt to your needs according to our availability.

The departure from the apartment must take place before 10 am.

Where will I receive the keys?

We expect your call on our number 608 206 553 on the day of arrival. We will wait for you at the apartment’s door to give you the keys. In case your arrival is outside check-in times, you can call us on the same number and we will let you know how to get your keys in the same address as the apartment.

Does the cleaning fee cover this service during the stay?

No, this amount corresponds to the cleaning service that is carried out once the guests have left the apartment to prepare it for the next stay.

Before leaving the apartment, please leave the kitchen utensils clean and pick up the rubbish. Be careful not to take bedding or bathing clothes with you at your departure.

Is parking included in the booking price?

Yes, each apartment has its own parking space. On the day of entry, you will be given the key to the car park together with the keys to the apartment, as well as information on the number of the parking space.

Are taxes included in the booking price?

Yes, when booking is completed, you will be able to see the fees added to the total price in the details of your invoice.

Do I have to provide the personal details of the guests?

In compliance with order IRP418 2010 on the obligation of Registration and Communication to the General Directorate of Police regarding people accommodated in establishments in Catalonia, please send us the following information about all guests staying at the apartment before your arrival:

- Full name

- Nationality

- ID or Passport Number

- Date of birth
